German Dec services PMI 51.2 points vs 53.1 in Nov; consensus 52.4 - sources

FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - The German purchasing managers' index for services fell to 51.2 points in December from 53.1 in November, market sources said.
Economists polled by Thomson Financial News had expected a reading of 52.4 points.
A reading above 50 indicates that the services sector is expanding, while one below 50 indicates contraction.
